POS is delivered within 7-10 working days via standard An Post delivery.
POS orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
Points spent for a POS are non-refundable once POS has been ordered.
Any errors whilst customising the POS is at the risk of the outlet and points cannot be refunded.
Shipping address cannot be changed once POS order has been placed.
POS cannot be returned for an alternative.
To avail of Food Alliance POS, members must be ordering the POS featured product(s) through the Food Alliance programme.
Food Alliance POS is only available to Food Alliance members and can only be ordered via the Food Alliance website.
POS orders cannot be placed offline either.
