How long are my points valid for?

You have 24 months in which to use your points otherwise they will be null and void.

Can I order points through more than one distributor?

Yes, as long as your distributor is part of the Food Alliance programme. Please check with your distributor.

What can I do with my points?

You can spend them in three ways:

  • Redeem it for a personal or business rewards.
  • Redeem it for a chance to play to win a grand monthly prize.
  • Share it with Jack & Jill donation.

Do I need a membership or number?

No, you don’t. Your distributor will automatically allocate you points as you purchase with them.
 

When can I start earning points?

As soon as you have received a confirmation email of your membership -you can start earning points through your very next purchase with your distributor.
