Defrost Instructions: 

• Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use.
• Use within 3 days of defrosting.
• Once opened, use within 24 hours. 
• Do not refreeze.

Microwave
From Defrost only: 
Place 100g of Pulled Beef on a non-metallic plate and cook on full power as follows:

• 1000W Microwave: Microwave on full power for 1 min. 
• 1900W Microwave: Microwave on full power for 45 seconds.
