Description

The Big Al's Lamb Shank in Red Wine/Rosemary is perfect for lunch and dinner. Lightly seasoned, slow-cooked in lamb stock, deep, rich meaty lamb flavour.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost Instructions:

  • Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use.
  • Use within 3 days of defrosting.
  • Once opened, use within 24 hours. 
  • Do not refreeze. 

Microwave

  • Heat one pouch at a time.
  • Pierce the pouch 3 to 4 times.

From Defrost only:

  • 1900W Microwave: Microwave on full power for 4 mins.

Oven
From Defrost only: 

  • Remove all packaging prior to cooking.
  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  • Place on a tray and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and cook for a further 4-6 minutes.
