Cooking Instructions


  • Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F on dry heat setting.
  • Place Big Al’s Kickin’ Tenders on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15-18 mins.
  • Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.

Deep Fryer:

  • Pre-heat oil to 180°C/355°F.
  • Place Big Al’s Kickin’ Tenders carefully into the oil and cook for 4-6 minutes.
  • Drain and serve.
  • Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
