Oven:

• Pre-heat oven to 180°C/365°F.
• Remove the product from the packaging and place on to a pre-heated baking tray.
• Cook for 13-15 minutes turning once half-way through cooking.
• Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.

Deep Fryer:

• Pre-heat oil to 180°C/365°F, lower the pieces carefully into the oil and cook for 5-5 ½ minutes, drain and serve.
• Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
