All Food Alliance Product Promotions are subject to the availability of products in your chosen primary Distributor.
- Food Alliance Promotions can only be redeemed and credited to any individual member outlet/store twice only during each promotional period.
- Food Alliance members are entitled to claim each individual offer up to 2 (two) times for each outlet linked in their Food Alliance account for the duration of the promotional period.
- Food Alliance Promotions are only available to Food Alliance members and can only be ordered via the Food Alliance website or mobile app.
- These promotions cannot be ordered offline either via a phone order or directly via your distributor or Kepak sales representative.
- Once an order is placed via the Food Alliance website or mobile app it is final and cannot be cancelled. Refunds or cancellations are NOT available once the order is placed.
- Food Alliance Promotions are only available while stocks last.
- Each Food Alliance Promotion is only valid for the period stated in the promotion’s description. Once a promotion is past its expiration date, it is no longer available to Food Alliance members; no orders are accepted and processed for expired promotions.
- Order fulfilment: once a member places an order via the Food Alliance website or mobile app, it is then sent to their preferred distributor for processing. Orders are fulfilled within the next available delivery and no later than 10 working days after an order is placed. For any delivery queries, please contact your primary distributor.
