    No – you can only redeem your points for the rewards listed.

  6. How long are my points valid for?
    You have 24 months in which to use your points otherwise they will be null and void.

  8. Can I order points through more than one distributor?
    Yes, as long as your distributor is part of the Food Alliance programme. Please check with your distributor.

    You can check this under my statements on the app or website.
  10. What can I do with my points?
    You can spend them in three ways:
    1. Redeem it for a personal or business rewards.
    2. Redeem it for a chance to play to win a grand monthly prize.
    3. Share it with Jack & Jill donation.
  11. Do I need a membership or number?
    No, you don’t. Your distributor will automatically allocate you points as you purchase with them.
  12. When can I start earning points?
    As soon as you have received a confirmation email of your membership -you can start earning points through your very next purchase with your distributor.
